  • Sup­port and fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of the exis­ting cus­to­mer base (spe­cia­list retail­ers, stu­di­os, con­tract part­ners) within the assi­gned sales territory
  • Acti­ve acqui­si­ti­on of new cus­to­mers to stra­te­gi­cal­ly expand the mar­ket and streng­then brand presence
  • Plan­ning, coor­di­na­ti­on, and imple­men­ta­ti­on of dis­play kit­chen pla­ce­ments in clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with the inter­nal sales team and mar­ke­ting department
  • Con­duc­ting hands-on pro­duct trai­ning and sales coa­ching – both at the com­pa­ny head­quar­ters and direct­ly at the point of sale (POS) on site with customers
  • Con­ti­nuous mar­ket and com­pe­ti­tor moni­to­ring to iden­ti­fy trends, oppor­tu­ni­ties, and risks at an ear­ly stage
  • Clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with pro­duct manage­ment and mar­ke­ting to fur­ther deve­lop the pro­duct ran­ge and ensu­re opti­mal mar­ket presentation
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal trade fairs, cus­to­mer events, and pro­mo­tio­nal acti­vi­ties to sup­port sales efforts
  • Pre­pa­ra­ti­on of visit reports, sales ana­ly­ses, and fore­casts for sys­te­ma­tic cus­to­mer development
  • Con­sis­tent imple­men­ta­ti­on of joint­ly defi­ned sales tar­gets and cor­po­ra­te strategies
  • Buil­ding and main­tai­ning long-term, trust-based cus­to­mer rela­ti­onships through regu­lar visits and pro­fes­sio­nal consultation

MIT DIE­SEN KENNT­NIS­SEN KANNST DU ÜBERZEUGEN

  • Suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted com­mer­cial or tech­ni­cal trai­ning, ide­al­ly with a focus on the kit­chen or fur­ni­tu­re industry
  • Seve­ral years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in field sales, pre­fer­a­b­ly within the kit­chen or fur­ni­tu­re sector
  • Solid know­ledge of the kit­chen fur­ni­tu­re mar­ket and an under­stan­ding of sales struc­tures within the spe­cia­list retail trade
  • Strong sales and nego­tia­ti­on skills with a con­fi­dent and pro­fes­sio­nal deme­an­or towards cus­to­mers at all levels
  • Expe­ri­ence in con­duc­ting pro­duct trai­ning and point-of-sale (POS) acti­vi­ties is a plus
  • High level of self-orga­niza­ti­on, initia­ti­ve, and goal orientation
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and a strong under­stan­ding of cus­to­mer needs and mar­ket demands
  • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in MS Office, CRM sys­tems, and digi­tal tools
  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel throug­hout the UK (and occa­sio­nal­ly to Germany)
  • While not requi­red, pro­fi­ci­en­cy in Ger­man would be regard­ed as beneficial
  • Inter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­tence and sen­si­ti­vi­ty to regio­nal mar­ket dif­fe­ren­ces in the UK as main respon­si­ble Area Scot­land and Ireland
