Area Sales Manager Scotland and Ireland (m/f/d)

- Support and further development of the existing customer base (specialist retailers, studios, contract partners) within the assigned sales territory
- Active acquisition of new customers to strategically expand the market and strengthen brand presence
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of display kitchen placements in close cooperation with the internal sales team and marketing department
- Conducting hands-on product training and sales coaching – both at the company headquarters and directly at the point of sale (POS) on site with customers
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks at an early stage
- Close collaboration with product management and marketing to further develop the product range and ensure optimal market presentation
- Participation in national and international trade fairs, customer events, and promotional activities to support sales efforts
- Preparation of visit reports, sales analyses, and forecasts for systematic customer development
- Consistent implementation of jointly defined sales targets and corporate strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships through regular visits and professional consultation
MIT DIESEN KENNTNISSEN KANNST DU ÜBERZEUGEN
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on the kitchen or furniture industry
- Several years of professional experience in field sales, preferably within the kitchen or furniture sector
- Solid knowledge of the kitchen furniture market and an understanding of sales structures within the specialist retail trade
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor towards customers at all levels
- Experience in conducting product training and point-of-sale (POS) activities is a plus
- High level of self-organization, initiative, and goal orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs and market demands
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK (and occasionally to Germany)
- While not required, proficiency in German would be regarded as beneficial
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity to regional market differences in the UK as main responsible Area Scotland and Ireland
